What information do we collect online?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter, or fill out a form.
When registering on our site, or signing up to receive information about the Champions program, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, or phone number. You may, of course, visit our site anonymously.

Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet. What information do we collect offline?

In addition to information gathered online, we collect participant’s health and activity progress data offline and make it available to registered program participants in our online database. This allows participants to track their progress, and to compare their progress to others in the program. Your database information can be viewed by others; however your identity is kept private and there will be no identifying information connected to your specific progress data.
How do we use information collected online?

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the service requested.

Any of the information we collect from you online may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To improve our website
    (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)

    • To create Champions participants’ individualized accounts, which will allow access to their uploaded individual health information and charted progress data.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) In order to participate in both the Champions program and website, we require parental consent, after full notice and disclosure of Champions’ policies and online collection practices. COPPA prohibits website operators from conditioning participation in any activity on a child’s disclosing personal information that is not reasonably necessary to participate in the activity. Also, if you decide not to register for our online services, your participation in the Champions program will not be affected.
